Delivery Lead
We are looking for a Delivery Lead for our award-winning and expanding Data Intelligence team. This is a key role in within a growth area of our business.

The successful applicant will work alongside the team to ensure requirements are fully analysed and ready to be scheduled with the team. This position suits somebody passionate about this fast-moving area of digital who is great with people. The role will split equally between managing the DI team and delivery of DI focussed project work.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience of working with Kanban process
  • Articulate, charming and be skilled at managing internal team and client expectation
  • Experience of preparing compelling proposals for clients
  • Experience of requirement analysis and user story writing
  • An obsession with organisation and constant improvement of process
  • An understanding of data related projects and be familiar with data related subject matter, tools and technologies

Primary responsibilities:

  • Working with project management team to facilitate and document all work requests to move them from initial request stage to detailed, scoped ‘ready’ status
  • Requirement analysis and user story writing
  • Working with central resourcing team to cast all ‘ready’ work requests against the relevant DI team specialists
  • Medium term team Capacity planning, identifying pain points and remedial actions (e.g. need to hire permanent resource and/or the identification and management of contractors)

Daily duties will also include:

  • Management of internal and external stakeholders
  • Organising and running all relevant ceremonies
  • Prioritisation and scheduling of DI team's backlog
  • Delivery of DI focussed projects for a range of clients
  • Process measurement and improvement activity
  • Championing agile ways of working
  • Acting as first point of contact to improve team efficiency by removing blockers and reducing non-productive working practices (e.g. multiple people requesting untimely project updates)


There is huge scope for this role to develop into a leadership role within the team and become a key player in one of the most exciting areas of our business.
