We are looking for a Data Intelligence Strategist to join our growing team in our Edinburgh office.

About the role:

The role of the Data Intelligence (DI) Strategist is to define and manage the data analytics strategy across all your allocated accounts.

What you'll do

  • Be the first line support for all analytical requirements both internally & externally
  • Conducting prioritisation workshops / stakeholder surveys to capture requirements and mapping to a Data Intelligence roadmap.
  • Producing KPI frameworks in collaboration with our wider CX capabilities including strategy & UX
  • Define and create customised dashboard aligned to client objectives, championing best practice data visualisation techniques.
  • Effectively sell in our tier 1 analytics technologies based on the client’s objectives and producing Solution Design documentation in tandem with our DI technical consultants
  • Supporting in the scoping and active management of analytics deliverables – both proactively defined in the roadmap & ad-hoc requirements and collaborate with the allocated DI practice leads to effectively scope deliverables in collaboration with the PM & CS team.
  • Attending weekly / monthly / quarterly client meetings to review roadmap progress & produce any necessary material pre and post meeting
  • Where required, take the DI lead on new business pitches.
  • Work with our primary technology partners to develop collaborative opportunities including proposition development & revenue growth across our client base.
  • Supporting the Project Management and Client Services function to ensure projects are planned and delivered effectively and efficiently
  • Develop the skills and knowledge of colleagues, creating and sustaining a learning culture within the team.
  • Support in marketing the DI capability both within AmazeRealise, across Kin + Carta and externally.

What we need from you:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a client facing role
  • Confident and commercially minded providing you with the ability to use business insight to take responsibility and make decisions
  • Sound working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Sound working knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g. Data Studio, Tableau)
  • Diligent and attentive to detail, able to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent organisational skills

The Team

You will be joining a very successful Data Intelligence team based in our office locations in London, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Manchester. As we have client projects running out of each of these offices, as well as on client site, there will be an element of travel required as part of the role.
