We have an opportunity for a highly skilled Paid Media Consultant to join a thriving integrated communications team to develop and implement clients’ paid media strategies in UK and EU territories.


We are searching for a confident, subject matter expert to work alongside our other discipline heads in data, SEO, PR and social media and creative to deliver effective multi channel solutions.

You will be a hands-on individual with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of consulting with clients as well as delivering effective campaigns.

As Paid Media Consultant you will be responsible for growing our service offering in harmony with our SEO services.


  • Developing and planning paid media strategies for campaigns ensuring that they are aligned with clients’ overall business goals
  • Managing the execution and continual optimisation of creative paid media campaigns
  • Ensuring that paid media budgets are effectively managed across all channels
  • Producing detailed performance and optimisation reports and confidently presenting the information to stakeholders
  • New business development: preparing for and presenting the discipline as a stand alone service or as part of the integrated communications offering
  • Responsible for analysing current market trends and changes and implementing them accordingly
  • Building strong working relationships across the business – especially the head of SEO and client service teams
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with key partners including Google


  • At least 3 years senior level experience in an Agency, 6 years minimum total PPC experience
  • Strong knowledge across all Paid Media elements including paid social
  • Proven experience devising successful paid media strategies and campaigns in B2C and B2B 
  • A strong commercial acumen combined with a pragmatic and analytical mind-set
  • Strong leadership with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent technical understanding including HTML, Java, PHP and scripts
  • Confident dealing with data and presenting it clearly
  • While strong in paid media, you’ll have an appreciation of the whole customer journey and all the touch points from acquisition through to retention
  • Able to work across multi markets: UK (essential) EU, (desired) US & Australia (desired)
  • Proven record of delivering exceptional results, delighting and retaining clients
  • You will be a positive, articulate person, passionate about your specialism while possessing a genuine appetite to work effectively as part of a wider team
